2. Structure feature

The main structure of this machine is composed by bead wire let-off device,bead wire heating device,grommeting extrusion,cooling traction storage device,length fixing&cutting device and bead chuck forming equipment,adopt PLC(program control)set circling numbers,bead ring free for cloth wrapping,automatic discharge.Wire extrusion die device is of wide adaptability and easy disassembly.
